The Gabor website is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week for your convenience. Do you have a warranty on your products?

Our footwear is warranted against defects in material and craftsmanship for six months following a consumer purchase. Our limited guarantee covers manufacturer's defects only and does not include wear and tear resulting from normal use.

What if I have a problem or wish to check the status of an order?

If you need help with an order you have received, or need to check the status of an order you have placed, please call our customer service department. What size should I order?

Gabor shoes are manufactured in both US and UK sizing. Please see our size chart to find your correct size.
